Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Cockermouth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) serving patients in Cockermouth and across the United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss services, including the prescribing and dispensing of prescription-only medicines where clinically appropriate.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and in full. We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our prescriber or pharmacist, the requested medication is not appropriate for you.

Our weight loss services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain underlying medical conditions. Full eligibility criteria will be assessed during your consultation.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medicines dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber following a clinical consultation. We do not dispense prescription-only medicines without appropriate clinical assessment.

Prescriptions are reviewed and approved by our pharmacist before any order is processed. We may contact you for additional information or decline an order if we have clinical concerns. Prescriptions cannot be transferred, sold, or shared.

4. Medical Information and Consultations

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious harm and may also constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

Our online consultation does not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. You are encouraged to inform your GP of any medicines prescribed through our service.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment systems. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.

6. Delivery

Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. We use tracked delivery services to ensure your medication arrives safely and discreetly. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.

It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for medicines lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by you.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with medicines legislation and GPhC guidance on the return of dispensed medicines.

If you believe an error has been made with your order, please contact us immediately at the details provided on our website. We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly.

8. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department immediately.

We make no guarantees regarding individual weight loss outcomes. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, adherence to treatment, and lifestyle factors.

9. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.

10. Governing Law
