Pharmacy Weight Loss Cockermouth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) serving patients in Cockermouth and across the United Kingdom. We provide clinically supervised weight loss services, including the prescribing and dispensing of prescription-only medicines where clinically appropriate.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and in full. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment systems. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. We use tracked delivery services to ensure your medication arrives safely and discreetly. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for medicines lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, in accordance with medicines legislation and GPhC guidance on the return of dispensed medicines.
